FRYING LINE
The production process is controlled by a microprocessor, allowing the control panel to regulate the conveyor belt speed and set the optimal temperature of the frying oil, ensuring the product is fried for the correct amount of time. The frying line features a conveyor belt that transports the fried products, ensuring proper immersion in the frying oil. Both the conveyor belt and the cover—designed to protect operators from contact with hot liquids and minimize heat loss inside the tank—are automatically raised and lowered by pneumatic actuators.
